I have one question why My potential buyer not interested with the offer after I be firm about the price.

The offer in buyer request is about 35$, video animation project and the buyer interested with my past work. However, with the discussion he don't want the price and want to lower to 30$ and asked me to cut some of the package like not using the real voice-over. He gave me the slides, but not a script, expecting me to create a script. He also ask to add more minutes in the video. With the offer, I gave him 35$ for 3 minutes video, and ask him to give me a script before start the project. After several days, he's not responding to my offer. What should I do? Why my prospect buyer not interested with my offer?

@mjensen415 maybe you should consider the actions of fiverr encouraging sellers to use chatGPT for their replies because your forum will just sink on Google search because Google is already looking for ways to remove websites from search that use Ai generated content.

Then he’s not your buyer. 
don’t lower your price and don’t agree for extra things. If you’ll agree now then he will just blackmail you into more work after he place the order and you will be in a pickle

No, but there is a rule stating that advice should come from experienced sellers. After all, how can someone who has never made any sales on the platform advise others?

And there's another rule: to be respectful to other forum members. Calling people madmen and commenting that they look like goats is definitely not respectful.

It sounds to me that the buyer doesn't actually value your work 😊 they simply want cheap labor and potentially free work done without spending extra penny. It's reasonable if the buyer request for cheaper price if they don't mind few things being cut from the offer. However in your case, the buyer requests for duration extension in exchange for other things not being included. I don't think that's fair for you...

maybe if you are a new seller you can try to lower your price so that you can get a few selllers who will give you a better review for a start , you can later change your price once your gig gains traction

If you're new in fiverr, you don't have any reviews. you should do the projects. As a new seller, you have to know you need reviews , what is order value don't think about it. After getting minimum order, then you can focus on order value.
