I would like some advice on what to do.

Fiverr just canceled my properly completed order along with the tip and they don't want to communicate with me. They say that the customer canceled the order, and the customer (my regular long-term client) says that he did not cancel the order, i.e. that he did not request a refund. A bigger problem for me than the money is that now the famous fiver system will reward me with penalties. I would like some advice on what to do.

Just contact the customer support with the relevant details you will be helped...
