Limiting Quantities Buyers Can Purchase?

I have a gig in which I write reviews. I promise to deliver a review within 5 days. But then someone buys 8 reviews and I’m still expected to deliver them in 5 days. What can I do about this other than try to explain to the buyer not to cancel their purchase?
