Can't create new gig

Hi. Just wondering if there is a known bug with creating a new gig? When I click it, it just takes me back to my existing list rather than giving the opportunity to create a new one. 

 

I'm allowed 20 gigs and only have 16 active so that isn't the issue? Anyone else had this problem? Have messaged Support as well but thought I'd ask here in case it's something I can fix

The count also includes any paused gigs you may have.

I have the same problem. I don't think it includes the paused gig. If that was the case, we would get a prompt informing us.

But please let us know what CSs reply is.

I have 17 active gigs and 1 paused so should be allowed 2 more. Customer Service told me I have 17 active and 4 paused so it's like 2 are invisible. They have raised  a technical ticket I'm told
