my account suddenly got banned without any warning or violation report

over 1 month ago my fiverr account which was performing very well
 

• i never received any report/refund from client
• i never violate the terms
• i never ask buyer for outside payment
• instead of this buyers have asked me for outside payments very time but i did warned them about the policies

i didn't received any email from fiverr about any violation but suddenly one day my account got ban!
i asked for customer support and they were just spamming the same message again and again

What did they write in the email that they banned you?  They always give a reason why your account was banned. 
And yes, fiverr reserve a right to ban your account right away on your very first violation if it’s severe enough.
