Fiverr payment is not working

I have used multiple accounts which are active there is no need to contact no bank because everything is correct with my card but I don't know why payment is not working

I think fiver payment system is not working. I am repeating again that cards are active and working 100 presently ???

When you say "multiple accounts" do you mean: multiple Fiverr accounts, multiple card accounts, or multiple bank accounts?

Have you made a lot of purchases lately? (Not just on Fiverr, but in general.)

Maybe you triggered the card company security, in which case, yes, you will need to contact the card issuer. (The contact number should be on the back of the card.)

no I just use it for 5 usd and my card is working on all other online platforms

In that case, no clue. Have you already placed a ticket with Fiverr Customer support? If no, then you'll need to do that at this point. If yes, the nyou'll just have to wait to hear back from them.

better to contact Fiverr support, they can see what's going on with your purchase. Usually they answer in 12-24h
