ID verification Under 18?

Can I make ID verification done with a smart card (issued from Govt) if I am under 18?

if you have your own ID then you can verify it.

but you are under 18 and you have no ID i think so. that's why you can't

Yes you are right but I had applied for Smart Card in urgent, which will be arrived in 6 days.

But the question is that would they accept Smart Card for verification as it is a Govt card

You can try using a passport if they allow that

Yes. you have to verify that... you said your smart card is processing. and need 6 day to handover... so you should wait and then verify with smart card.
