Cash Avance for the 3rd time this year 2023

Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing great this beginning of 2023. I want do ask 2 questions regards cash advance too check if it's a general problem or a bug in my earnings page. I already used the feature called "Cash Advance" two times: 1st one was around May 2022 and 2nd one in September 2022. This January 8th (2023/01/08) I paid all my amount due to pay for the 2nd Cash Advance and during this time I noticed that the earnings page of Fiverr changed their layout. Now my cash advance page it's kind of "frozen" with all the information of my second Cash Advance even though it's already paid, when in the past after I paid fully the 1st one my Cash Advance page changed and it got updated/refreshed. My questions are:

 

1) Did some of you guys request Cash Advance this year of 2023 using the new layout of the earnings page?

2) Did you already request for a 3rd Cash Advance ever (it doesn't matter the year)? 

 

Thank you for your attention, and by the way I'm not asking for money advice because I noticed that everytime someone ask about Cash Advance here in this forum it always appears someone saying to not take Cash Advance and that it's not worth it. I'm already familiar with the feature and their implications, taxes, and all that. I am always responsible about the amount that I ask and keeping in mind that I have to pay the debt in the shortest time possible (both times it was in the range of hundreds, never thousands). Sounds like a bug. If you repaid the full amount back of cash advance number two, you don't owe Fiverr any money most likely.

I have the same problem, but I already contacted customer support in case it's indeed a bug. I'll come back again if there's an update
