New Gig not creat on my ID, however old save gig published

Because Fiverr only lets unleveled sellers have 7 active gigs and it also counts other gig type(s) towards the limit. You have 7 active gigs (the maximum for unlevelled sellers).

It says, under New Seller, "Create up to 7 active Gigs".

You could try pausing one but it might still count paused ones towards the limit. If you want to create one you might have to delete an existing one first.
