my fiverr profile keep getting rejected

i made a fiverr account few months ago and started publishing gigs and it was going well for while then when i changed a gig titles to match the titles around and what people needed

which caused the whole account got deleted i didn't care much because i can start again and it wasnt that big of account but when i post my old gigs which of course got deleted from other account it always reject my seller profile saying

"We appreciate your interest in becoming a freelancer on Fiverr. To meet the growing demand for high-quality services from trustworthy freelancers, we have carefully considered your profile and service. Unfortunately, we cannot approve your seller profile at this time"

even though i had same gig and they didn't have problem with the quality of my work

so can i get help on what to do in this problem?

You have actually violated the rules i.e. by creating a new account. You are not allowed to create a second account if your first one got disabled. See the image below from TOS..

So you cannot do anything on Fiverr now! Move on!
