Question

Hello Everyone,

My name is Hira, and I'm a Fiverr Seller. I'm currently facing an issue with one of my orders. I completed and delivered the order, but then the buyer asked me to provide him with a before and after the report. I sent him a few screenshots of what I did and made a video, but he did not respond. Now, the buyer wants to cancel the order. He Mention that Resone is "Not satisfied with my before and after report" But I don't see anything wrong in my work and he doesn't ask me any questions before opening a dispute also he doesn't want to give me a chance to explain everything. He is not responding now to solve this issue.

Please help me with a suggestion on how I can solve this and save my order without any impact on my profile.

Thank you,

Mainuddin Hira

You're in a tough spot, it seems the buyer is unsatisfied with your work and that's one way to cancel the order.

I suggest that you reach out to the buyer and try to understand the root of their dissatisfaction. If the buyer remains insistent, you may consider contacting support for assistance in resolving the dispute.

It is important to remember that your hard work and effort should not go to waste and if you believe that your work is up to the standard and the buyer's request is unjustified, support may be able to help you resolve the situation in a way that does not negatively impact your profile.

It sounds like you are in a difficult situation. When a buyer requests a cancellation, it is important to try to resolve the issue in a professional and cooperative manner, as negative reviews and disputes can impact your profile and ratings on Fiverr.

Here are some suggestions for resolving the issue:

  1. Communicate with the buyer: Try to reach out to the buyer and ask for clarification on what specifically they are not satisfied with in your before and after report. Be polite, understanding and offer to make any changes or revisions that would help meet their requirements.

  2. Document your work: Keep a record of all your communication with the buyer and any documentation or evidence of your work. This can be useful if you need to escalate the issue to Fiverr support in the future.

  3. Offer a compromise: If the buyer still wants to cancel the order, consider offering a compromise such as a partial refund or a revision of the work to meet their needs. This can help avoid a negative impact on your profile and ratings.

  4. Escalate to Fiverr support: If you are unable to reach a resolution with the buyer, you can escalate the issue to Fiverr support. Fiverr has a dispute resolution process in place to help sellers and buyers resolve conflicts.

Remember to always communicate with the buyer in a professional and respectful manner, even if you disagree with their decision. This can help you maintain a positive reputation and keep your profile in good standing on Fiverr.

Thank you so much,
