masha_a_m Posted February 2 Share Posted February 2 Hello. I have a problem. And I'm totally confused. So I was a level 1 seller but now I'm back to being a new seller before I got 4 star. Now, I am getting an invoice of Fiverr deducting some amount for promoted gigs which I didn't do. Please help.
