Early pay out is disappeared from my gig!

Hi everyone 3 months ago I was been able to clear out my funds quickly without waiting for 2 weeks to be able to withdraw it, but only 2 days ago I was going to clear out an order I just completed but no where to find the option any more 

I contacted CS but they couldn't provide me with any information/Solution and they told me to wait until we put it back if you eligible for this again 

But they didn't notify or warn about this and I am in a horrible finance situation and i need any help to resolve this issue as soon as possible

If the order was auto completed, early payout is also not available. There's nothing else you can do really but wait it out.

Hey I am sure that the order wasn't automaticlly completed 
I was live chatting with the buyer to insure that everything is good and he accepted it immediately and left a great review and a tip

So I really don't know the reason yet 

I notice some weird actions tho I have money to pay for promo cost like 1.2$ left or something and it's marked on my balance because I don't have any funds in my fiverr balance 

maybe this is all connected somehow I don't know

My early payout disappeared too. I have no idea why. I don't owe Fiverr any money for promotions, etc, I complete my gigs on time with 100% 5 star ratings - I can't figure out why it disappeared. And the only response Fiverr seems to have is early payout is available to "eligible" sellers. No explanation as to what they consider "eligible" though. Very frustrating to not have any answers about this.

Its likely they are rolling it out only to Seller Plus Premium sellers.
