jdog408 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with people trying to request something that does not match your gig. In my cases the consumers wanted HD logos when my gig says that I do a pixelated style. It has happened to me twice once they cancelled and the other time they did not rate so my rating was not hurt but it was an inconvenience for both sides of the order. Does anyone know of a way to prevent this or tell me if there is something wrong with my description( http://www.fiverr.com/jdog408/design-a-twitchtv-icon )http://www.fiverr.com/jdog408/design-a-twitchtv-icon//cdnec20.fiverrcdn.com/assets/v2_backgrounds/bg-homepage-welcome-video-2cafbc46fcac2bbb8ffa5180b6b3f169.jpgFiverr: Graphics, marketing, fun, and more online services for $5http://www.fiverr.com
rnuyen Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Try formatting your description better by adding breaks between certain parts and highlighting/bolding the important parts. If you look at TRS, you can see they usually have really detailed gig descriptions with bolded and highlighted phrases. That’s how you get customers to pay attention.
clickwriter Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Yes, I agree. I would suggest more of an explanation…your buyers may not know the difference only that they need a graphic of some sort…I don’t know the difference.
vijayjangid Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Reply to @rnuyen: Pefectly said. I wonder how can we deal with the lazy buyers. They don’t even read the description and place the order and then don’t reply on the communication.Well to be tough - we need to cancel the order and wait for three days to cancel it automatically. 😦Thanks anyways,Vijay
