If they want you to use any third party platform or service, or if they ask you to do a different deal without making an order. Sometimes they even offer high prices and coming up with crazy stories and excuses. Do not fall for them. If you want to go "work" with them then say goodbye to Fiverr, because it is against ToS and you can get punished for that.

If they have questions before the order it's totally normal, and you should answer them and help them understand what they want and how you can help them. But you shouldn't start working on the actual project until they make an order on Fiverr.
