Old Seller coming back... How does this work!?

Hi!

So I used to sell music on Fiverr around a year and a half ago, and then school became busy and I stopped for a bit. I have just reactivated my account and first of all, there are no Buyer Requests!? How do I get orders as a smaller seller if I can not submit requests? I did a bit of poking and found out about the Buyer Briefs. Please may someone help me understand how to use Buyer Briefs, as well as any improvements I can make to my Fiverr page and settings so that I am matched with more Buyers?
