how to get my gig approved ?

I am a new comer to Fiverr, and just registered as a freelancer of translation and writer. After successfully registered I received a couple of emails, one of which says 

“Translation, transcription and data entry skills needed by motionrecruitment desk, for more inquiries kindly contact us by writing to the interview/Project manager on tele. g_r_a_m with the username: (Adamleslie) to apply.”

It seems that my gig is not approved and needs some procedure to do so.

My question is how I could connect the manager who connected me on email and get my gig to be approved.

Hi @jerryliubj, this message is spam because it's asking you to contact the manager outside of Fiverr's platform, which is against Fiverr's ToS. Mark the message as spam and move on.

You currently don't have a gig set up. You need to set up a gig in order to start earning money on the platform. Set up your gig following these steps:
