losing my place in first pages

basma_khaled

Question

Hello

I have been on fiverr since August 2020, everything was fine since then. but last October, I got many orders. and the sellers used to request multiple revisions, the problem is that if I didn't submit the revision within 24hrs this affects order response rate which I didn't know about before. So by the end of November, my order response rate kept dropped till it reached 50%. and since then, my impressions dropped and I am now on page 15, and never gets any messages. my rate now is 100%, it is 100% since 16 January. So, will I ever get back to 1st page? Is there any way to get orders?

If you got a message/revision request and then you wrote a post on the order page (eg. saying that you'll start work on that revision etc.) then that post (if you posted it within 24 hours) should count towards your order response rate. So either posting the revision or just posting a message in response to the request should count towards it.

Actually I used to do so. But I discovered it didn't count and made my rate drop dramatically, although everything else is 100% and all reviews are great

On the dashboard it says (for order response rate):

Quote

This is how often you answered order messages and revision requests within 24h in the last 60 days.

If there's a time when it doesn't work like that for you then you could contact CS and see if they can fix your stats (and any bug if there is one). If it's changed they should update that help message. By "answered" I assume that includes answered with a post (when it talks about revision requests). Because there could be really complex revision requests that take a couple of days to do so it shouldn't only count revisions towards it when a revision request is made.

when I contacted them, they told me they can't change this manually, and I should wait till I am back to 100% after the 60 days passes. So yes now it's 100% but I am not back to my position yet.
