ranok_hoque Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 When I click on the notification icon to view the notification, the sound speaker symbol above the notification shows the option which I have shown the arrow, when I click on it click is not active ( nothing is visible), as a result I do not see any notification. uk1000 Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 (edited) Have you zoomed in? It looks like it might be zoomed past 100% or the desktop is too small. Try setting the zoom to 100% and trying again. If that doesn't work trying refreshing the page with Ctrl F5 in case that helps and try re-clicking it. If you're not using Chrome you could try using that.
