I am also facing this issue. but community experts, our gigs are not eligible for brief.

You can minor edit your gigs after few days. And wait for better result.

Everyone should get briefs depending on the budget they have set. But I believe Fiverr is awarding most of briefs to TRS or Sellers those are performing well.

Previously I was getting like 2-3 briefs per week but got "Fiverr's Choice" badge a few days ago. Now the average count for briefs is 15-20 per day. But most of these are not related to my niche so I have to reject most of time.
