Fiverr demoted gigs and impressions dropped for months - had great standing and 1 bad private review messed all my gigs up :(

Hello!

I've been a great Fiverr seller for a year now - until around September/Oct, where my gigs got demoted and removed from the first page, pushed to the last. I assumed this was because of a bad private review from 1 buyer but it really sucks that it tanks everything despite updating my gigs and trying to get new buyers purchase. I've had only one order since 4 months so I'm hoping new orders will spike the impressions and clicks. Anything I can do to possibly even get back a few orders and get back on my feet? People recommended making a new account but I know that's against TOS and I don't want to lose my great reviews.

I have the same problem for a different reason! I was ill for a month and I deactivate my gigs but when I re-activate, my impressions dropped dramatically and pushed to the last page although I am seller level 2 with 4,9 reviews (over 120 reviews). The last few days although my gigs are active there are not visible on searches. Customer support made no effort to help and they claim there are searchable, although they aren't!!
