shawnalimran Posted Monday at 04:18 PM Share Posted Monday at 04:18 PM (edited) Hi Fiverr Community, I've got 80 USD earning withdrawal to my Payoneer account from a Fiverr account which was not mine. I did not make any withdrawal lately but I received the balance to my Payoneer. This is a strange experience to me. I surely do not have another Fiverr account. I always obey Fiverr terms and rules. This is a suicidal attempt to have two accounts. The Founding Source Fiverr ID: hmyounis (It shows in my Payoneer) who is Pakistani seller, I just checked using the URL (Fiverr.com/username). In Payoneer now shows two funding source mine: shawanalimran and another which is not mine: hmyounis. I've already let this know to Fiverr and Payoneer. Fiverr did not replied me yet with any result but I got replied from Payoneer. Payoneer says the second Funding source was added on date 30 december 2022. I did not do add this funding source but I would like to know how this is happened. I want to know as well, how can i return the balance to fiverr or It's payee? imagination7413 Posted Monday at 04:36 PM Share Posted Monday at 04:36 PM I will admit, this is the first I've seen/heard of an issue like this, due to Fiverr usually immediately banning multiple accounts that try to use the same payment method. Even if another user has encountered this before, going through Fiverr CS is the only way this can be resolved.
