Why when I click publish gig (on edit gig page) it don't work?

Check if there is any incomplete area, otherwise Do it from the starting again. Sometime it happen because of Bug and holding the gig too many time in draft.

Best option is contact with support.

Then you have to give a skill test first then you can publish you gig.
