Can I use one paypal for 2 Fiverr accounts?

If I have more email addresses associated with my paypal, can I use one of them for each account?

Why do you have two Fiverr accounts? Users are only allowed to have 1 account per Fiverr ToS. Having multiple Fiverr accounts risks getting both shut down (and banned from being on the platform).

I don't have 2 accounts, an account belongs to a friend and we want to receive the money in the same place

Why do you want to receive money in the same place?

It's always best to keep money separate. You should each have separate Paypal accounts and separate bank accounts. Then, your Paypal account should be connected with your Fiverr account. Your friend's Paypal account should be connected with his or her own Fiverr account.

Your behavior is suspicious, to say the least, and Fiverr will think so too, which could cause you to lose both accounts, as @vickieito already warned you.

I got it, so there's no way to use the same payments account for 2 users

Well, you could try and when you get your accounts removed come back and tell us about it.

Not unless you want both accounts, plus any accounts that you or your friend might create in the future, to get permanently banned.

Does PayPal even allow multiple people to own one account? I have no clue, but it sounds sketchy.

Only PayPal Business users can add multiple people to an account, and they would need to be part of the same business. Two separate Fiverr accounts wouldn't qualify as the same business.
