You are not a robot. So you cannot stay online/active for 24/7. 🤦‍♀️

And why do you want this? It's nothing to do with increase in impressions or getting orders!

You can use Fiverr App to keep an eye on messages/notifications/orders etc or check randomly (Fiverr App)

I agree with @smartdezigns on this. 

Just make sure your gigs are optimized with a strong portfolio and create a great experience for your clients and you'll see good results. 

If you're worried about your response rate, just ensure you have notifications turned on during hours you're willing and wanting to respond.
