Math and physics tutoring

I had a fiverr gig for tutoring in math and physics. But within a few hours, it was taken down due to a seller eligibility issue. They claim that they are unable to approve my seller profile. Can someone help me solve this issue? I appreciate your support. Thank you.

Since we can't see the gig we can't really tell what the issue might be if it was something to do with the gig.

You could contact customer support at the help desk or support@fiverr.com and ask the reason.

In the gig you didn't offer doing academic work for buyers? If you did that wouldn't be allowed.

Was everything in your profile set  up accurate? And in the gig?

In  your profile it says you got a "best teacher in 2019" certificate from Adobe. Is that accurate?

If there was something inaccurate or if they thought some part of your profile or gig was against something in the terms of service/other rules that could be the reason.
