how to use my phone number if its tied to another account

hello im Nikki and i have a bit of trouble i was going to use my fiverr account and from where i signed up using the goggle method the account is now locked and what i mean by lock is my email was part of a production LLC and before i was able to change the emails to my personal email he disable my production email before i was able to update my fiverr account i didnt make any gigs on it so i have no clients but when i made this account it wont let me use my phone number because it is tied to the old fiverr account

The only way to use your phone number is to recover the Google account because without that, it would be difficult to use phone number again
