We don't have anything written by Fiverr that gives an exact answer to that. You could check with customer support and see what they say or wait until we have a clear answer from Fiverr about it.

What you could do is read the section on "Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated content." in the link below:

https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/intellectual-property

where it says:

Quote

Fiverr embraces the use of new technology and allows content generated by users with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and programs....

...Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to the content they create, including copyrights. If the content created and/or delivered on Fiverr with the help of AI is found to infringe or violate any copyrights, existing non-original standards, applicable law, or Fiverr Community Standards, such content will be removed from the platform, and the seller’s account may be permanently suspended.

If sellers use AI tools and/or programs to generate content or deliver services, they are obligated to comply with the respective tool and/or program’s terms of service and all applicable regulations.

Also see this post:

he did seem to clarify that the AI text shouldn't be used as is, just as the first step (and then to adjust it).

And if you did use it it would probably best to check the content for plagiarism too in case there's something that already exists with the text.

But I'd check with customer support unless they clarify it for everyone. It would help if they clarified what their rules are with Chat GPT (or GPT-3 etc.) specifically too (eg. they were created (trained) with text that was crawled from the web and there might be rights issues with that and the use of it).
