Query Regarding Warning

Question

Hello Everyone!

I have been an active seller here from last 3 months!

Last week, I received a warning that they noticed I have more than one Fiverr account.

I am using only one account and never did any different thing or violated terms. I even created a support ticket for help but couldn't get a clear answer and asked to improve that.

I am very confused about this as I carefully do everything and make sure I don't violate any rules.

If any body can help me it would be great. I am very worried.

No one can help you with it! It's your account so only you can help yourself!

Anyhow, you might have opened your account in someone's device (laptop/pc/android) who has his/her FIverr account already?

Fiverr will send you this warning if
- You have one device and two account 

- Two devices but same internet connection 

- Logged in someone else account on your device even for a short time

There might be other reasons but I know only these. If you did not fall any one of them, then please contact customer support with proofs.

I actually understand that. Therefore, always taken care of it.

I actually changed the internet that day. Came to home and used home internet. The same day my brother had his account suspended may b bcz he used the same internet in past. I don't know how bots see it. But, there is no TOS violation in our case.
