What is Fiverr GP Agreement? It is really need to get a job in Fiverr?

Hi, 

I am new to Fiverr.com as well as Fiverr forum also.

One of buyer messaged me for service of PDF to Word Conversion. 

She said to send her $18 for Fiverr GP Agreement. What is that Fiverr GP agreement?

Is it really need to get work in Fiverr.com

Here I attached a screen shot of her message. 

Can anyone please help me out about that?

It's a scam. All payment has to be sent by the buyer through Fiverr. You're not allowed to pay the buyer. They're trying to get you pay them (which is the scam). I don't know of any GP agreement (which he seems to call GST above that) - it sounds fake just to try to get money.

So just decline it and report the message.

They're also asking for payment off Fiverr. No one is allowed to pay the other person off Fiverr.

This is what Fiverr's payment terms say (see https://www.fiverr.com/content/payments-terms-and-conditions): -

You may not offer Sellers to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the Fiverr.com site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support here.
