My tip is not showing in the pending clearance.

Hello guys, I hope you are doing well. 

Recently I received a tip from the client but it is not showing in the pending clearance and when I view the order the price is high there, as I received the tip, so let me know if it is okay?

hello, may be tip money is added with the gig price, as you said the price is high!! just make sure that you got all the money!!

it will be shown total amount, if you use phone to see. as: gig price + tip

it will be shown separate line, if you use desktop/laptop or anything else to see.( or, when pending clearance will be completed)

You can contact with Fiverr support team. I hope they will give you a better solution.
