I can't create new Gigs

I have 7 gigs and I want to create new Gigs but

I can't create new Gigs. Why?

That page says that new (unlevelled) sellers can "Create up to 7 active Gigs". So that's the limit for new/unlevelled sellers.

When you advance to level 1 you'll be able to have more active gigs (10 active gigs in total).

That page is a bit misleading though because it doesn't only count active gigs, it counts draft gigs too according to Fiverr (I'm not sure if it counts paused ones or not too).
