My seller account has not approved.

I would like to know what is the reason for it. And I would like to know how I recover my seller account.

You can't. If it is not approved, then you are not going to be able to use it.

If it's your new account so you can avoid it. You can create a new account for you.

If you already had a Seller account before, then I suppose that Fiverr suspended you because you broke the TOS. The Customer Support surely sent you an email to notify you about it and explaining why. If Fiverr did not approve your profile, there's nothing you can do about it.

Not really. If I remember correctly, once your account is suspended you cannot create a new one because you would essentially use the same IP and general data. I might be wrong, but it's risky.
