Help about Commercial Use

Hello, I want to sell templates for mugs, t-shirts, etc., but not custom designs, but the same one to several buyers and I found the following problem:

On the product under "Pricing" there is a "Commercial use" tab that can be checked or unchecked.

By checking "Commercial use" I understand that the buyer has the right to use that template for commercial purposes, but I will lose all my rights on that template, am I still allowed to sell it to other customers?

How should "Commercial use" be checked or unchecked so that I don't lose my copyright on the template when a client buys it and I have the possibility to sell it several times to several clients.
