Someone has my manuscript and refused to answer my messages.

I contacted a writer, book designer here on January 1st.  I don't want to say his name yet because I'm really hoping he will do the right thing by me.  This person came highly recommended, so I shared my document with him.  He stopped answering my messages.  I waited a week to hear back, nothing.  I must have sent him 5 messages. Now I'm very concerned that he has my manuscript and went silence.  What can I do here?  This is my daughter's work.  I promised her I would find someone to help us publish it.  Please help me...what are my options?

I hope that she has filed for a copyright on her manuscript. If not, then I would do that right away. Shuhag_raj has said that you should contact Customer Support right away. I hope everything works out for your daughter. Good Luck!
