Nowadays, "delivering project" boost your profile not that much!

How many of us, find this same as me? Recently I've noticed we got boost by delivering a project was massive previously but which is now very little.
Any Suggestions?

you assume the word "boost" wrong! every time you deliver a project you get more impressions. haven't you experienced it?

In my recent successful delivery, I haven't got any raise of impression! This is what I am talking about! Any Clue?
