Possible but highly unlikely. Especially if you e been using someone else’s work like yours. It means that you probably not good enough to produce your own quality stuff

Actually, I know Someone who had 1 copyright strike but he completed all the requirements for a top-rated seller 3-4 months ago. now he is still level two seller.

Those requirements are for being nominated to become a top rated seller. Many level 2 sellers who meet the requirements never become top rated sellers.
