Order does not appear anywhere but I have been charged

I placed an order on Fiverr which was cancelled.  So I received a balance in my Fiverr account for future transactions.  I then made a new order with my balance which was on my Fiverr account.  I have a screenshot with the amount at the start.  I was charged to my balance for the amount of the transaction.  I received a confirmation email from Fiverr via email but without an order number.  My freelancer never received the order and it's as if my order did not exist even though I was changed.

 

Do you know what happened? How can i resolve that?

Unfortunately that happens from time to time… 

But good news it’s solvable. Just open a ticket with support from help page and they will fix it. Just be patient it might take a day or two for them to reply
