Does the activity of one gig affect the overall account? Does that mean canceling an order in one gig will affect the rankings of other gigs?

Although sellers don't really know how Fiverr and its algorithm work, based on my experience, I can tell you that order cancellations and negative public and private reviews affect the whole account rather than just a particular gig.

First of all, if the order is canceled it will affect your gig. But because of this, your account is also affected. For that, if the order is canceled, the rank of the account will be down. Not just one gig

Order cancellation impacts on your gig by which you canceled order. basically your account is not impacted.
