Why can't I post Requests anymore?

I'm looking for where I can post buyer's request.

It might be "Briefs" now.
For me, it looks like it's under Profile > Post A Request.

This brief feature is only for buyers to post a brief when they are looking to be matched with a seller. The “Post a Request” feature is not for sellers to look for work as buyer requests were. If a seller were to use it to look for work, their accounts could get a warning.

It looks like this feature is gone. Pretty shit new "Briefs" system where Fiverr can reject your brief or "not find anyone". 

The old way was much better. I think I will probably move to upwork or onlinejobs.ph
