buyer received the order and got her money back

hello, I completed an order 2 months ago. I have delivered the order to the buyer. Gave me 5 stars. I got an email from Fiverr today. The email was:

''Hi sezerbagdas, Your order with ..... was canceled due to a dispute initiated by the buyer and/or their issuing bank. The funds from this order were automatically returned to the buyer. Thanks, The Fiverr Team''

I couldn't understand this, I contacted fiverr today, I hope it gets resolved. This sounds very interesting to me. He receive the order, contact fiverr and get his money back? This is so unfair.
