Won't let me click to accept terms after tagging audio sample in gig editor

I create gig, get to the part where you upload audio sample, then it asks for me to add tags to audio, but anytime i do, it won't let me click the checkbox agreeing to terms so I can continue, I tried edge browser then chrome, to no avail.
