One client want to show my Portfolio. Should I give him my portfolio website link ? Is it legal or not in Fiverr ?

As long as your portfolio is one of the approved URLs, then you are fine to share it. Otherwise, it violates Fiverr ToS:

In fiverr inbox, sharing something personal can cause your account banned.

So It should not share directly in the chat box I think.

you can show your work as a portfolio on Fiverr. Fiverr provide a portfolio option and add more project feature, so you do no need to share external links.

I think that "my portfolio" option is not for all Fiverr sellers.

Unfortunately, don't have that option.
