I am not getting new customers

60 day ago, I was on level one Seller, 3 orders was cancelled in 7 days (Due to overload) . So my completion rate drooped to 90%. But after 60day  I promoted to Level Two Seller and then my completion rate reach back to 100%

 

Now I am not getting new orders . Even my completion rate is back to 100% . So what is reason my impression are under 100(daily). While no  click. 

When I was level one Seller my impression was 2.5k per day . Now only 40 to 100. 

 

Please guaid me , what I should do in this satuation?
