An issue with the bossy buyer

A very wierd issues here but..

After a discussion with the buyer A (his name starts with A) and spending few days on animal illustration, he then ask his collage to order my gig

the collage ordered a rpg gig and told me it was from buyer A (which confuse me whether he wants an rpg character)

I once accepted it and ask the college about his idea descriptions but he stays silence afterward for more than 4 days until cancellations

Once buyer A asked my order experience, I ask him about the college's long silence and tell him to notify his college again

But he insist me to find "something useful" instead

Was he rather rude and bossy that I must take action to block him?
