I did, but then when I click the big green “Redeem your free pack now!” button it says “This service is currently unavailable.”

Reply to @emilyrose93: May just be doing maintenance on it. Try again later? All I can tell is that it looks like it’s still available. I imagine if it wasn’t, they would simply just take down that part of the page and you wouldn’t even be able to click it. Only other thing you could do is contact Customer Service about it to get a more solid answer! I sure hope they didn’t, I planned on requesting mine soon.
