I am a digital marketer and want to bring outside clients in Fiverr Do u anybody have any suggestions for me..that would help me much.

Suggestions for what? If you have clients to bring then you just send them your gig link to purchase. 
if you are asking how to get clients from outside then you are the one who should know it if you are the digital marketer

Create an account on Fiverr Affiliates and it allows you to refer clients to Fiverr and earn commission in return. You can earn $15-$150 per project depending upon the category from which clients buy the service.

You can share your gig link on Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter

Try out to find out your niche related clients like as SEO, Facebook Ads, Social Media Account Management, YouTube Video Promotion etc, from Facebook, Google Search results, Instagram or LinkedIn. And then Asked them to order on your Fiverr. It is the best way to share your gig.
