Following The Right Process?

Hi, I'm new to Fiver, loving the ideal of the platform but already have a oroblem. Love some advice:  after reviews and edits the seller delivered a design I liked, I accepted the design. I notice Fiver then marks the order as "complete" and my money is taken. BUT seller hasn't sent ALL my stuff: source files, social media kit, JPEG, PNG,  transparency etc. as advertised, agreed and expected. I've nudgied her and labeled a follow up - twice. Sarah has not responded. I've sent her a deadline and notified Fiverr customer service. Anything else I can action here? Any advice? Thanks in advance.
