Promoted Gigs option not coming back

i was level 2 seller, due to cancellation my profile down to start level, so i completed a lot of orders and
on december 15 i become level 1 seller again but not receiving my GIGs promotion option again ?

can someone give me any tips so i get my promotion option back ?

There is no criteria to get the promoted gigs option back because it is Fiverr that decides whether to make that gig eligible or not....

I would recommend to work on the organic ranking of your gigs, add some new keywords, rewrite the description, etc.

Once your gig is ranked again a little bit, the option would be back
