The client asks me to any other contact details for chat, is this against to fiverr TOS?

better don't share! you can lose your account.
as product photographer, i need to share my name and address and as long i don't add email, i don't get notification. also is ok to share your portfolio/social media accounts etc.
but if your client has asked couple of times your email or "other contacts", fiverr will flag/review some of your replies. in this case i wouldn't share my portfolio where is my prices and email address.

Don't share any of your contact details, otherwise you will gonna face consequences.
